About Me
As a Clinical Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine, I have personally navigated the challenges of hormonal imbalances, experiencing exhaustion, poor sleep, thinning hair, and digestive issues.
Through my education and personal journey, I developed effective strategies to heal nutrient deficiencies, restore energy, and achieve hormonal harmony. This experience ignited my passion for helping other women facing similar struggles.

Consultations are available online (Telehealth) or via QLD Integrative Medicine (Teneriffe, Brisbane).
Grounded in Research
My approach is grounded in evidence-based nutrition, functional medicine, and clinically relevant research.
Led With Empathy
Wherever you’re starting from, you’ll be met with understanding, support, and a clear path forward.
Designed for Real Life
I translate nutrition and mindset strategies into practical support you can use in everyday life.
MY APPROACH
My work is grounded in a root cause, evidence-based approach that looks beyond symptoms to understand how nutrition, hormones, digestion, stress, and lifestyle interact.
Rather than quick fixes or generic advice, I focus on personalised strategies that are practical, sustainable, and adapted over time as your body responds.

I believe real change comes from consistency and support, using science to guide decisions, and real life context to make them achievable.
