My Philosophy

I take a holistic approach, which means that I like to get to know as much as possible about you in our consultation! This helps me to understand how your symptoms may have come about and how to find the root cause so that we can help you to start feeling better.

Healing the root cause is a process which can take time - but it's worth it. This usually includes blood tests and/or functional testing, plus the use of food, lifestyle changes, self-care and nutritional supplementation to bring about balance and healing. My focus is primarily on food first and foremost because after all, healthy eating is a lifelong journey to carry wellness with you along the way.

I work with women to help them with the below concerns:

Period Pain | Heavy Periods | Irregular Cycles | Skin Breakouts | Fatigue | PMS | Weight Struggles | Mood Swings | Thyroid Dysfunction | Adrenal/Cortisol Imbalances
