Why I created ALIGN: The Method

​

After my own journey of struggling with exhaustion, terrible sleep, and digestive issues, I discovered that the underlying cause was hormonal imbalances. After implementing tools I learned in my Nutrition degree (and some trial and error!), I finally understood what my body actually needed, and everything changed. I finally felt energised, fixed my sleep and my hormones and digestion improved in the process!

​

I also started to notice a huge trend with my own clients (that you may relate to yourself) - feeling tired, wired, depleted, stressed (and frustrated!). This lead to the development of my signature step-by-step framework inside ALIGN: The Method, to take you from exhausted to energised and vibrant by teaching you the pillars to glowing hormone health, improved energy and lifted moods!

After experiencing the transformation for myself, I am so passionate about helping women to realise their full energetic potential!
