Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc NutMed)
After my own journey of struggling with exhaustion, terrible sleep, thinning hair and digestive issues, I discovered that the underlying cause was hormonal imbalances. After implementing tools I learned in my Nutrition degree (and some trial and error!), I healed my nutrient deficiencies and finally felt energised, fixed my sleep and my hormones and digestion improved in the process!
I also started to notice a huge trend with my own clients (that you may relate to yourself) - feeling tired, wired, depleted, stressed (and frustrated!). This lead to the development of my signature step-by-step framework inside Nourished Balance, to take you from exhausted to energised and vibrant by teaching you the pillars to glowing hormone health, improved energy, lifted moods and weight balance!
