Yes! The majority of my consultations are via Telehealth. I also work at QLD Integrative Medicine in Teneriffe, Brisbane (by appointment).
Blood tests are not required, however if you have any recent blood work from the last 6 months, it would be helpful to email them through to info@wholeapproachnutrition.com.au (mailto:info@wholeapproachnutrition.com.au)prior to your appointment.
I work primarily through structured 1:1 packages rather than standalone consultations.
This is because most clients get far better results with ongoing support, follow-up, and adjustments over time rather than just a single appointment. Hormone, gut, and metabolic concerns rarely resolve with one conversation and a package allows us to assess patterns, respond to changes and build momentum.
Packages also offer better value, with consultations discounted when booked together and a clear, guided plan rather than fragmented advice. I also offer 20% off supplements prescribed inside a package.
If you’re looking for clarity, consistency and meaningful progress, a package is the best place to start.
Most clients begin to notice early changes within the first few weeks, often improvements in energy, digestion, appetite regulation, or better stress resilience.

Most clients begin with appointments every two weeks, which allows us to build momentum, review progress and make timely adjustments early on.
As things stabilise and you feel more confident, sessions are typically spaced to every four weeks or longer, depending on your progress and the level of support you need.
The schedule is always tailored to you and structured when it needs to be, and more flexible as things improve.

Clinical Nutritionists are also degree-qualified, holding a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine). Clinical nutritionists take a holistic, preventative approach, focusing on nutrition, lifestyle, and functional drivers of symptoms such as digestion, energy, hormones, and metabolic health.
As a qualified Clinical Nutritionist, I work alongside medical care where appropriate and focus on identifying underlying patterns, supporting long-term health, and creating personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategies tailored to each individual.
If a condition requires specialist dietetic or hospital-based care, I’m always happy to support appropriate referrals.
