Yoghurt Overnight Oats with Strawberries

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (unsweetened, plain)

  • 1 cup Oats (rolled)

  • 1 & 1/3 cup Plain Greek Yoghurt

  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds

  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 2 tbsp Honey

  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon

  • 1 cup Strawberries (chopped)

Preparation

Step 1:


Add the milk, oats, yoghurt, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, honey and cinnamon in a large container. Stir well to combine. Seal and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least eight hours.



Step 2:


Store in the fridge until ready to eat. Serve with strawberries and enjoy!
